Everything you just said validates my point, Management screwed up! Allowing those type of agreements in the first place was incompetent. You should never put trust and give so much power to another entity in the business world, especially when shareholders funds are at stake! There should have been contractual agreements in place or assurances to ensure COE wasn't harmed financially if APA screwed up as you said. The fact that management allowed this to happen and now to see the predicament we are in now, is definitely a poor performance by management. I see that you are a non-holder, as a holder I have a lot more relevance to be critical of management than yourself. I have money at stake and expect a better performance.
