Have a look at the abandonment obligations. COE purchased a lot of end of life assets which will require the abandonment of wells, platforms, pipelines etc. Mainly offshore. These obligations may well be as much as the market cap (not sure, as I don’t follow closely - my only interest is as a former shareholder).
