I think you both have it wrong. There can be no connection between KDR and E2M now that MD is a substantial share holder of E2M. If something was to occur or is/was in the pipe line, an announcement to that effect would need to have been made public before the substantial share holder notice.
A question of inside knowledge and all that ugly stuff would come out otherwise.
