Not sure but wouldn't surprise me if he has left the company. That may tie in with the asx announcement yesterday of shares issued to an ex-employee in leu of cash payment. For one, I was happy to see Andrew Smith take the helm of the company, post ARMA acquisition. He seems to be a quality operator.
