- if you continue to burn more cash than you bring in, you will be broke

- debt is not always bad but it always increases risk

- diversification reduces risk

and perhaps the oldest money truth of all ...

- without wisdom gold is quickly lost by those who have it but, with wisdom, the same gold is quickly won, by those who have it not
