I don't believe esg wants to attract a bid at the current sp. They want the sp higher when the bid comes.

I very much doubt that the first shot across the bow of aoe will be the last - but what will be interesting is the metrics.

This is the first corporate action in CSG this year and the final price will give a strong indication of what we can expect for esg.

Esg, like fine wine, tastes so much better when it allowed to mature.
