I think thats a certainty Bluecattle.

Of course Ray James, Ray McNamara and Stephen Barry had the opportunity in their letter to shareholders of 10 Feb to put the whole matter straight but in true fashion they failed to state what their salaries, perks or benefits are and just say that the 'remuneration committee' approved.

So thats alright then?

You should have a read of Terry McCrann's article in Saturday's Australian about 'Boards Behaving Badly'. For some reason McCrann ommitted the Icon Board but his comments are pertinent.
