    On a serious note, the person selling at 25c. Is it possible he knows something, for eg, something bad, so he's(assuming male) selling all his stock at 25c. Thats why instead of dumping all at once, which can cause a panic, he's slowly offloading his stock. I dont see much reason for him doing what he is...
