Do not think they ever would be a takeover target in the near term as SHK own over 65% of the stock consequenly shareholder meetings are a waste of time as with the voting power of the board all decisions are going to be upheld on a voting basis. Too much debt being accrued, no good putting programs together without the funds in place to do the job. The Chinese directors have to realise that operating in Australia is in accordance with the laws and practises here.

There is potential for the company but a lot of work must be done on the gound particularly in the Northern Tenements. Good news recently is the return of Bill Hobba as a director but the current board must change the way it operates if the potential is to be realised.
