Rony18, to suggest that "little speculative mining runs" will ever end is a proposterous statement IMO. These runs are by no means a result of people having more money spare for speculation due to getting out of financials. As long as their is companies prospecting there will be speculative runs IMO.

To suggest that the big risk takers and speculative specialists who are focusing on CFR at the moment would be pulling their money out to put it into Financials because the sector is looking a little stronger on the back of one 3-digits-in-the-positive day on the Dow is also misguided IMO.

I'm not saying that the big boys who play the little people in specs don't have any money in Finanials or Blue Chips, I couldn't possibly know. But one thing is for sure (IMO), they will be taking CFR on its own merits, not getting out because of strength in another sector. They are playing with the emotional hype of what might happen with CFR (or whatever company is doing big volume due to expectation). They make a lot of money doing it. They have a lot of power because they have a lot of money. That's the way it is in the stock market.

They, like the rest of us, want to be in when the announcement comes out. They just have more power to make money off the little emotional minos of the big market pond in the meantime. Once again this is my opinion.

The thing I will say is (and maybe this was what you were seeing Rony18) that on a positive day on the market such as today there are many shares making a comeback and so there are many distractions for traders. This can cause shares that are getting massive attention (at the cost of attention to other specs) to slow on days when lots of other specs are in the positive, as the emotional side of trading (which I imagine even the big guns get) makes us want to look back to the stocks we've turned our back on in the hope of bagging a bigger catch (Hmmm, how many more fish analogies can I use) and following the popular stock. Big players follow volume as that's what they need to be able to pull off their dirty tricks. I might as well say it again. IMO, IMO, IMO.

RALPH5, I can't find any information stating a possible expiry date for the MOU. I don't think these things always have to have an expiry but I'm no expert on that.

The 10 week period for their due diligence(read report 8th May) was only up last Thursday. Now there's a pile of paperwork to do plus some very, very careful wording of a report. The managers have a lot more on the line than us people. Remember that. They don't want to take chances just throwing a report out to satisfy the hungry lions. (I could continue that analogy but I won't - I think I'm getting carried away with the analogies.) They know a lot is expected from this report IMO, more than they ever suggested it would contain I think personally, so they want to make sure it doesn't disappoint.

The fact they're having to do these dealings inside of India doesn't do anything to speed up the process IMO. Quite the opposite. I worked for an Indian Company in the Middle-East once and after my pay was three months late I basically had to physically threaten the accountant to get paid. It's the only time that I think being a tough-guy ever worked for me.

Cheers to all holders and thank-you for reading another JGJ HC "late night novella". I hope it was worth reading.
