Very simple. I owned gxy for a while , (then became AKE then ORE.) Got stiffed in an atrocious takeover. Endless chat on it day in day out. The top notch stocks don't require endless chat like RMD as they are bullet proof. I bought 250 K worth of RMD that I expect to x 2 in 5 years. Basically I see on the hundreds of forums on these a simple formula....the more awful the stock , the more chatter. The solid beasts need no dialogue. Think of RMD like China. Quiet but immensely powerful. People are always going to be unwell and it's got brilliant fundamentals. My other 250 I threw into ETF NDQ I expect to x 2 by 2030 as well.
