On numerous occasions MMX supporters have been calling pump and dumps occuring on CHM.

I thought I would look at the 08 and 09 top shareholder lists to see what type of movement there has been.

Of the listed 21 in the 08 accounts 18 are still listed on the 09 accounts. All but a few are either the same or have increased their holdings.

Add to this that no director has sold any shares and it paints a picture of the key stakeholders sitting on the sidelines waiting for a court process to finish.

Movements in SP price for both CHM MMX will be driven by speculators.

The current hysterical calls by Hoohoogrub and others are echoes of numerous other times that the same call has been made but where is the evidence.

Stakeholders rewards including Ben E and other directors will come through CHM share price increase.

I believe unless this thing gets settled we are looking for a march or even april decision by judge after additional submissions are made.

Both SP's I expect to fluctuate as the market get bored of the whole process.
