why are people still arguing over whether or not the shady dealings took place in the past? MMX sure aren't - B and G aren't taking the stand, so any argument that everything was squeaky clean holds no water

(assuming the above is what happens when defendants choose not to take the stand)

even the change in MMX's announcements regarding the case have changed to reflect the above.. MMX no longer denies that CHM has any claim whatsoever, only that it does not have a significant claim
