BB and LU....your so funny, ha ha ha.....does anyone seriously believe that ben and the boys refloated CHm to persue prospecting and mining only 2 assets the coy had...2 litigation claims..one cashed in for $5 mill and this after telling all you lot that it was worth anywhere between $150 and $250 mill...How many of you swallowed that Hook, line and sinker..ha ha ha...Now your off on another misguided venture..... lots of allegations, lots of mud throwing..and all that even looks like sticking is a lousy $153,000...no hard evedence..nothing in writing..no documentaion...no corroborating "eye' witnesses....just a whole heap of unproven circumstantial evidence, Heresay and allegation....and you think a judge is going to award hundreds of millions of dollars on that basis...Go on pull the other one............
