If its not the directors and not the top 20 shareholders who hold about 60% then its not related to someone I believe who has any idea about the case.

In relation to the market rigger I took the time out to read the Braysich judgement as it has some relevence to the Opes proceeding which I have been following.

It involved 26 transactions when he was a stockbroker in 1998. 26 transactions is going to rig the market ?

He transferred shares registered in the name of the financier to Scooks company and according to the "law" there was no change in beneficial ownership and he as a broker was supposed to know that.

Even the financier stated he though he owned them. Go figure that one.

Compare this to the Opes outcome and it doesnt make sense.

The dodgy people were the ones who put all this together and thats Grimaldi and Barnes and they aint CHM's co-defendents.
