Problem is none of the witnesses to support the defence were prepared to take the stand. None of afidavits of the witnesses can be relied on as CHM case contradicts their defence.

MMX are arguing quantum not if something dodgy went down.
Glyna before you talk down CHM case you need to read up a little more or directors fiduciary duties and implications where they set out to gain an advantage for themselves and others at the expense of a company they were a director of.
Barnes was a director and Grimaldi is alleged to have been a defacto director of CHM. How does Grimaldi deny he wasnt if he doesnt take the stand.
