smartdude - only about 25% of possible votes were actually cast at the AGM on 30 November. For the Alkane offer to get up at the Friday meeting at least 52% of the possible votes would need to be cast - and that is assuming everyone who votes other than Ramelius votes in favour of the Alkane offer. I accept that the Alkane offer may generate more interest amongst EXU holders than some remuneration report at the AGM but the numbers suggest that the Alkane offer will be rejected.
(I hold RMS but not EXU - I am undecided about the Ramelius takeover bid for Explaurum so am not suggesting how EXU holders should vote)
