The market factors in risk and the difference is the risk premium. How far away are they from board control? It’s not like the board automatically changes, there needs to be a move and a vote for that to happen so until there is a real final capitulation of acceptances uncertainty remains and the market doesn’t like uncertainty. Esh
I'm a little curious as to why didn't accept the offer and then sell the RMS shares ...offer currently at 13c .
Worried the offer won't go through or RMS price drops while you're waiting to be issued ?

I’d rather my money in my hands than getting tied up in this saga and I can’t sell the RMS shares until I receive them. I’m not into any tricky arbitrage trading so the options are, sell on market or wait while RMS use my acceptance to play their game. As you would know I’m not interested in owning RMS shares until I see the next two RMS quarterlies and there is more clarity around their Capex spend going forward.Esh
