Where is EXU directors guidance, page-2

Same here - i find it interesting all the other times EXU has been quite quick in stating that what RMS has to offer isnt good enough but now they need more time to think on the offer.

Personally i am unhappy RMS even offered the cash component - i think the shares on offer were enough.
