Calc is Every 50k oz's in pit increases cash fow by $10m, this is a 150k oz improvement on Nov 04 Study therefore 3 x 50k ozs equals $30m increase

GOld price, for every $50 increase in AUD price equals extra $20m in operating cash flow. Scoping study Nov 04 gold price AUD575 so 2 x $50 increases to AUD700 so 2 x $20m increases in cash flow $40m increase. This could be higher because a financier would expect some hedging meaning a higher realised price again.

News Flow as per recent announcements:

IP survey 50% complete at Harry's Hill/Main Zone, drililng to commence in Jan 06, dril rig booked.

Borthanna to be drilled early 2006

Lowe Lode news still pending, dont' why it's taking so long, maybe no news flow at all. Maxwell's west didn't come outso who knows.

Drilling after Lowe Lode went to Little Peck, that would have been in Oct 05.

Syd Mining presentation;

Maxwell West drililng (correct location high grade gold intercepts ) was to commence around NOv 3rd.

Also were going to test Flora Dora and Santa South

Last presentation talked about still evaluating second hand plant.

As you can see there is still a lot of news that can be expected anytime but as has been evidenced in the last 6 months, that news may not come at all and we may just get another scoping study outcome with more in pit ounces and higher production rates.

This is not so bad either as CdChi1 states, IGR has doubled plus based on resource upgrades not just drilling announcements.

I am looking forward to the New year, Borthanna, Harry's Hill/Main ZOne 1m oz potential and scoping study outcome.

For those that have been in since early this year, hang in there, we are looking at 5-10 bagger in the making. FOr those that are yet to get in, what are thinking about? At 10-11 cents, some were waiting for a definitive break to the upside. You have that now.

For those looking for more coverage, you have that now too in MPI Securities in Sydney, Paterson's in Perth and now State One in Perth.

For those looking for gold to make a break toward 20 yr highs. You got that too. Gold has risen USD 70 in the last 2-3 months.
