Soho, you are assuming foreign investors leveraging to the China story will not feel the pain of their currency risk. No doubt profit margin would expand provided IO price stays at the current level. I would argue that if AUD @80+ then investors would perceived that China boom would have dissipated and taken their investments back to the safety of USD. No free lunch.
