    You're spot on mate.....TEX has consistantly failed to deliver, a few months ago they were saying how highway 71 would increase company worth by 330%.....the current sp is near all time lows.....I also constantly read on here how good management are.....what exactly are they good at, besides over promising and under delivering and failing to produce!!!!
