Absolutely True. But it does track with a delay. Every Buyer and seller wants protection from price changes. So every contract has provisions for changes as market changes. So does Lynas see changes eminently and every little bump? No they do not. But they do track. You can track this the first chart in Lynas Q reports shows Average sell price. Adjust for % NdPr and you will see they do track with a 90 ~ 130 day delay
