Investors tend to look beyond the bad news after a huge selloff (and shorting). So, if there is a chance of better performance 12 months down the track, the share price will stabilise and start moving up slowly. Even if LYC drifts lower, it will be a chance to buy more. But I doubt it will go lower and the short covering would give it a violent jump. Will see what happens in the next 4 weeks. If it goes back up to over 7, it will be likely to head back to 8+ than going down to under 6.
