Blue (pardon the pun) sky idea. Trying to link Texas expansion backed by DoD with Starship it occurred to me that this could all be part of supply chain bringing critical minerals from space to be refined by or using Lynas IP at planned installations in Texas. Would give new meaning to onshoring!
