re: this is not a dot.com look alike bust???? No way is this like the Dot com / tech sell down. That was pure hype once in 20-30 years kind of event like gold in 79-80. Everyone knew it and kept buying on the bigger fool theory...

apart from the hot air segment a lot of the resource stocks are pretty fairly valued.

For example recent market darling MGX with projected profits of $50 mill next year (depends somewhat on railways) But the iron ore price is locked in! Mkt Cap = 278 mill... So a projected PE of about 6:1 Ask your self is that Hype???

I think you can maybe argue that will make $40 mill profit or $55 mill but you can say they seem pretty fairly valued not like say DAV net or One tel or some other tech dog.
