Extract: "MOL has 29.6 mill shares, 1.47 mill year 2007 options, 1.07 mill year 2008 options and 13.4 mill 2009 year, a total of 15.87 mill options, all unlisted. Fully Diluted: 45.54 mill .
Note that Production is supposed to begin on 1 June 2007, so all these options will be exercised after the start-up. However, it is best to present the final data in undiluted and diluted forms".
COMMENT: Where appropiate, some positive share pricing activity normally takes place some time before a Feasibility Study takes place to the start of Plant construction.
This has much to do with progress and removal of risks over time.
This time we have a Preliminary Feasibility Study which will be a great introduction to the BFS which is due in June when construction starts. (Paydirt article)
A lot of data will be presented including the profitability of the Project, alternatives of supply and ramifications.
That is in December, not long to go now.
