Why is this kimberlite licence extension taking so long to be issued?
Is it being deliberately delayed by LOM, by ENDIAMA, by both?
If so, why?
I don't buy the 'department snowed under' line. Maybe the bloke with the rubber stamp has gone walkabout. Should be able to get this so called 'formality' done and dusted within a month.
