There's quite a cost difference between to two or three pages of a letter with a colour letterhead, and the local phone directory that GWR delivered to my place, not only was it a waste of printing dollars, it must have cleared an area of forest the size of the MCG to make, and produced about 100t of carbon on delivering it.
