Rae, short answer is no as by moving your shares you will trigger CGT/or if a trader profit in your own hands ..... BUT, it depends on your personal circumstances, for instance you may actually be in a position that you could trigger CGT but not have to pay tax on that CGT as your resultant taxable income is below the tax free threshold in which case that would be a great outcome as it would give your Superfund a higher cost base..... you need to speak to your accountant and provide all your info.
