I think traditionally this project wouldn't have seen fruition, its mining with extra steps. But the low hanging fruit is almost gone. If the projected resource is as large as stated a billion to fund is chump change looking forward (IO price will not be below $150 in 10 years as scarcity squeezes supply). Canny govts ( our chinese neighbours already ) and business will be looking at the next 50-100 years rather than can it turn a trick in the next 12 months. I think this is a good prospect and have invested accordingly.
