The reason they have so many people on the board, is so that none of them will ever have to show any urgency. They will all just leave any hard decisions to someone else. It's the paralysis of a collective. If they had 2 people on the board it would be more effective than 12 antiquated ditherers. Between the lot of them they couldn't even organise for accurate information to be presented to a major conference (the $12 billion market cap slide). Everyone just left it to someone else to make sure the information they presented was timely and accurate.
