We are fast approaching 2009 - zinc inventory is not that high vis a vis year ago. Hard to say, one thing quite interesting South Korea recently has put out a tender for Zinc and etc. I am not sure what this meant and could only read the headline because it was a paid subscription. This must be some market signal.
