I said the same thing a few months ago when the first MM shares purchase was overdue, and got TOU'd. Guess it's okay if you phrase it as a question rather than as a statement of fact.

Next deadline for ATI is mid-August, when the next interest payment on the bonds is due and ATI has to top-up the escrow account. So with the new convertible bond having a ratchet clause, once it becomes obvious ATI will need more cash, then the real death sprial on the share price will set in. Expect it to happen fast since ATI shares are so thinly traded.
