Anyway, such talk as this appears quite sensitive to someone on hotcopper, hence TOUs as soon as $10 million is mentioned. I've got no doubt they'll pay 90 cents a share when the current price is nudging 40 cents ... no problems here, move along folks, nothing to see.
From memory xstrata didn't produce FeV at windimurra due to power supply issues. V2O5 is hazardous to transport, but they saw it as preferable and more reliable (if that word can be applied to vanadium production from windimurra). Funny how xstrata couldn't get it to work but a bunch of beancounters will.
