RF - my 100+ are right there with you. If Hurley is up to something, sounds like a massive conflict of interest irrespective as to his res date last Monday. Wouldn't put it past him. But then again assuming he wasn't in the know, pretty sure he would have made his entire early termination amount had he stuck around. I'm hoping for the latter since he deserves some of our misfortune. if the bid is less than NTA at the end of the day, there's got to be a problem. Face it - if BS wants it, it has to be worth something. And given we're at the bottom of the cycle (must be since we're pedallng on our own now), things could only improve. A large part of me says no to any sale, and let's just get on with business. if anything, a cheap way for the board to abscond - hell they could have put the lot up for sale a year back and made more. But no, Hurley had to keep the crown jewels etc for himself, and after all that, still failed in his coup to buy it on the cheap. Face it, we've all been ripped off by the board and Hurley. And if a sale goes through, I'd be more than happy to get script rather than cash which I'd just have to end up paying tax on. Valad was supposedly an investment. Pity the board doesn't see it that way.
