Where is Mr Market? MGL is undervalued

MGL’s quarterly report for December31, 2018 shows a Net Cash Generated of $4,528k for the period and $15,364k forthe full calendar year. The average for the previous three quarters was$3,612k.

 

Whilst obviously ignorant ofdetails, I would expect that with the closure of the old Shanxi plant and itsreplacement by the sparkling new plant in Qinghai, there should be furtherbottom line improvements – even with stable sales. I realize other factors playa role. Forward looking I expect further improvements over the 2018 results.

 

What I don’t understand is why theshare price has not moved from the $0.023 to $0.026 range it has been hovering forages when the Net Cash Generated per share is $0.0129.

According to the Annual Report 2017,the 5 major shareholders control 57.75% between them (with probably somechanges since then) but the other 42.25% should still provide some liquidity.

 

It has been a long journey and Ihope that my patience will at long last be rewarded. I look forward to theshare price reflecting the progress the company has made.
