Oil price and thus investment will remain depressed for quite some time until some major geopolitical event triggers oil supply FOMO (fear of missing out) in the other direction (up). By this time the big boys will own these well run solid companies with highly skill professionals and at a fraction of the book value. What we mere mortal retail investors can't do is out wait the institutions.
