DJ Miclyn Express Offshore Selling 3-Year U.S. Dollar-Denominated Bond -- Term Sheet​

HONG KONG--Miclyn Express Offshore Limited, a leading provider of service vessels for the offshore oil and gas industry, is selling a three-year U.S. dollar-denominated bond to yield mid to high 8%, according to a term sheet seen Wednesday by The Wall Street Journal.
The Singapore-based company plans to use the proceeds from the bond sale for general corporate purposes, including financing its proposed tender offer for its outstanding Singapore dollar-denominated bonds due 2016, the term sheet said.
DBS Bank is the sole bookrunner for the bond deal, the term sheet said.
Miclyn Express Offshore plans to price the bond issue as early as Wednesday, according to the term sheet.
