I watched that Million Dollar traders show with my girlfriend who worked at RBS. And I said to her, "despite those lovely Bloomberg branded terminals they use, how come they have to ring a trader to place orders?" I mean, come on, I would think it would be a fair assumption 99% of everyone on Hotcopper uses something like Etrade or Commsec.

I think as the series progresses, we will see the smarter guys starting to work together. But remember, their fund is not that big either, there are some monster funds out there that can manipulate the market just by the weight of funds at their disposal.
