Do anyone know when LNC will issue their share certificate for those who do not nominate a custodian?

I have nominated ETRADE as my LNC custodian and until today i still havent see my share listed in my account. I called them and was told because i did not forwarded the nomination form to them, therefore they cannot process it and they cant do anything now and i have to wait for the certificate.

I called Etrade prior to the listing in SGX and i was informed i do not required to sent the nomination form to Etrade as they have information from Boardroom pty ltd. Thus i am confused when i called today to follow up my case and was told different story.

Anyone have similar experience with Etrade or their Customer service just BullXXXX me around.

What should i do now?
