You should have received last Friday.
1) Check if you are entitled. All AUS residents are.
2) Check your address is the same as on the Share Registry
3) After you have checked the above, ring the nunber on your Holding Statement for help.
And you should know where your Holding Statement is, coz that is the proof of your entitlement.
I would like an honest answer from you after you go thru the above procedure that I have outlined for you AND I have given your free instructions.
