I received the reply from the CEO who wrote that the Prospectus was not sent to all shareholders and I did not miss out the opportunity to take part in the recap. His response is a big surprise to me because I am a very long term shareholder and bought AAE shares when its price is much higher (My average price is $0,.50 and total amount invested $25000). Well, another lesson to be learned for investors interested in oz green technology and industry. Atm I'm holding a few AAE @ 1cent/each. :-(
