All the EGM is a formality process that the chairman or the secretary at the most will be at.
If anyone is going just ask them (if anyone is actually there) why they promote respect yet they fail miserably when it comes to applying this to shareholder values.
If they ask why you can use Lee's answer to me when I asked why they did what they did when they did without a care to shareholders.
