Not to sure what people wanted SI to say on the subject, perhaps he could have explained better. From memory,
" I think a few weeks " and in another release " In the near term " To me this reflects the ongoing discussion with the FDA. SI can't read the minds of the FDA. I would guarantee Sue would be brought in if he had left that indication of "this year " standing and in two weeks he announced the deal had been entered into and MSB had payment.
Personally I think his statement was and remain correct and in the best interests of share holders and those that don't hold.
