Yes. Doctors Without Boarders is one of my favourites too. You would definitely get bang for your buck with a donation there.
Not sure I agree that I am celebrating anything as you have claimed. I’m critical for sure.
Extension of your logic would see that no criticism could be made against any medical product company. No matter what, provided they are working to save lives.
I think it is ok to question MSB. Why haven’t they achieved anything up to this point? Is it their product? Outside the MSB bubble there are real criticisms. Look at the FDA reasons. Is it their management?
