Or it could have been interpreted as I don't believe it will fall through as we've got a contractual arrangement that Novartis has signed. All depends on what spin you want to give it. And 'The Age' loves spin, not as much as the Herald Sun, but still loves spin.
Moral of story - never take what is written in newspapers literally, especially opinion pieces. They are simply written to sell papers, not to inform.
