100%. Silviu said nothing and the Surgcentre deal took place. Why would he give a lean to a positive outcome with Novartis if the outcome would be negative. Silviu has negotiated MSB down a 15 year(?) stretch to this very pointy end. He will negotiate hard because of this. A plan B to Novartis will also be at the negotiating table.
