They have not said no. They have not said yes. Dragging this out does not benefit MSB. In fact it weakens the the perception that a reasonable person would have about the outlook for this company. Novartis seem to care but not a lot, putting them in the box seat for a deal that favours them, using time to exert pressure on MSB.
