Revenue $82-85M
1H22 Net Loss of $2-3.5M after tax
Profit Margin -0.8%
Free Cash Flow -$24.5M
Cash from Operations $10M
Operating Expense $124M
Class Actions by Shine Lawyers AND Phi Finney McDonald
ex CEO Eddie Sheehy also seeking damages for options $118M
Can someone explain to me, HOW does Nuix get out of this mess?
Do we wait for a takeover, wait 3+ years for it to turnaround, is there insurance that covers these law suits, does it go into voluntary insolvency and we get the pickings of what's left? How will this play out?

There is plenty of sentiment but I am vacillating between selling with an expensive lesson or holding and praying.
Where is Nuix going to find the money?
